Dampak Dari Wanita Karir Terhadap Keharmonisan Rumah Tangga Dalam Pandangan Hukum Islam

Abstract

Problems in realizing a harmonious family also include problems that cannot be avoided by women or a wife who wants to have a career. The research objectives to be achieved are to determine the views of Islamic law on career women and to determine the implications of career women for household harmony in Cikalang Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. The framework of this research is that in doing a job there are positive and negative impacts but not only career women but career men as well. However, most of the people who are more highlighted in all aspects are career women. The research method used is the type of empirical writing or commonly referred to as field research. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that in Islam there is never a prohibition for a woman who has the desire and ability in the field of entrepreneurship or profession. Wives are allowed to have a career as long as they do not forget the nature of a woman and also do not leave their responsibilities as the wife of a husband and the mother of their children.
